Guardair Corporation Announces Key Addition
to Management Team

CHICOPEE, MA - August 31, 2010

Guardair Corporation announces the appointment of Eric A. Mills as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. Mills held the position of Director of Automotive and DIY Sales for Streamlight, Inc. in Eagleville, PA. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mayhew Steel Products, Inc. in Turners Falls, MA. Mr. Mills holds a BS in Business from Westfield State College.
